1) Manager – Quality Assurance, Hindupur
Basic Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer ( Degree or Diploma)
• The person should have experience in QA and QC of machines components and welding.
• Atleast 6-8 years of relevant experience in quality function involving machined components and light fabrication.
• Experience in handling ISO 9001 documentation etc will be useful.

The key responsibilities for the Manager-QA will be as under;

• Ensure quality of product at all levels – Raw material, In process, Finished product
• Generate reports, statistical data on “NCs”, Rejections etc
• Suggest and implement ways to move towards, “Zero Error”
• Train and supervise the team of QC Engineers
• Ensure QAP is adhered
• Ensure proper documentation of Internal Inspection Reports

2) DGM Design
Basic Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer
• Atleast 15 years of relevant experience in designing belt conveyors etc for bulk material handling.

The key responsibilities for the DGM Design will be as under;

• Responsible for design, drafting and estimation of variours Conveyors and other equipments.
• Complete work according to standard engineering principles and practices.
• Lead and manage a team of Design Managers and enginners.

3) Manager Design
Basic Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer
• Atleast 6 years of relevant experience in designing belt conveyors etc for bulk material handling
• Experience in estimation / proposal preparation

The key responsibilities will be as under;

• Estimate, Design and undertake drafting for material handling equipments like Belt conveyors.
• Complete work according to standard engineering principles and practices.
• Ensure relevant standards are incorporated

4) Draftsman
Basic Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer
• Atleast 3-5 years of relevant experience in making GA Drawings and Detail drawings of equipments like belt conveyors etc.

The key responsibilities will be as under;

• Develop preliminary sketches, layout, detail, and assembly drawings as per specifications.
• Review engineering drawings, analyze design and retrieve information to complete drawing, layout or design.
• Release detail drawing to shop floor as required.
