1) Works Manager, Hindupur Plant (AP)
Basic Requirements
- Must be a Mechanical Engineer( Degree or Diploma)
- The person should have experience of independently managing the affairs of an engineering factory having light fabrication facilities and machine shop having lathes, milling machines, boring machines, CNC Welding machines, Power Press, Hydraulic Assembly other Special Purpose Machines.
- At least 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- The person must be computer literate and preferably conversant with Telgu Language
The key responsibilities will be as under;
- Responsible for overall factory operations including production, quality, planning, execution of projects, inventory, labour issues, administration etc.
- Manage utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet plant and organizational performance objectives.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and suggest ways and means for the same.
- The person shall be reporting to the CEO
2) Production Manager – Hindupur Plant (AP)
Basic Requirements
- Must be a Mechanical Engineer( Degree or Diploma)
- The person should have experience of managing steel fabrication shop
- Should have experience in welding and fabrication of medium/heavy steel structures.
- At least 8 years of relevant shop floor experience.
- Should be good at production planning, productivity improvement, managing labor and contractors.
- The person must be computer literate and preferably conversant with Telgu Language
The key responsibilities will be as under;
- Review production schedules, determine work force requirements, and monitor production to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Responsible for ensuring that all production, shipping, cost, quality, and safety goals are met.
- Recommend changes to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to production schedule
- Responsible for plant & machinery maintenance
- Undertake shift planning, scheduling, overtime, contract labor issues
- Ensure product quality
- The person shall be reporting to the Works Manager
3) Production Engineers – Hindupur Plant (AP)
Basic Requirements
- Must be a Mechanical Engineer( Degree or Diploma)
- The person should have experience of supervising machine shop or fabrications shop
- At least 5 years of relevant shop floor experience.
- Should be good at productivity improvement, managing labor and contractors.
- The person must be computer literate and preferably conversant with Telgu Language
The key responsibilities will be as under;
- Assign production schedules, determine work force requirements, and monitor production to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure adherence to production schedule
- Responsible for plant & machinery maintenance
- The person shall be reporting to the Production Manager.
4) GM – Finance & Accounts , Bangalore
Basic Requirements
- Should be preferably be a CA / ICWA.
- Atleast 10-15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance of manufacturing / engineering company
- The person will head the Finance Department and will report to Director – Finance.
The key responsibilities will be as under;
- Supervising day-to-day activities
- Preparing MIS reports for Management related to profit and loss accounts, Target Costing, Collection analysis.
- Interacting with Internal Auditors as well as Statutory Auditors.
- Creditors & Debtors Aging analysis.
- Preparing CMA Report and all documentations for Banking Finance and Project Finance for Fund Base and Non-Fund Base.
- Oversee Account writing, TDS Handling, Bank Reconciliation, VAT Returns, Excise , Service Tax Reconciliation
- Preparing documents for short term finance and bills discounting from various financial institution.
- Finalization of Balance Sheet and computation of taxes etc.
5) Commercial Manager - Hindupur
Basic Requirements
- Should be preferably be a B.com.
- Atleast 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and commercial function of engineering company
- Will report to GM Finance
The key responsibilities will be as under;
- Supervising day-to-day activities
- Preparing MIS reports for Management
- VAT Returns, Excise , Service Tax Reconciliation
- Stores and Inventory Management
6) Manager – Quality Assurance, Bangalore
Basic Requirements
- Mechanical Engineer ( Degree or Diploma)
- The person should have experience in Quality Control/ Inspection of Steel fabricated structures and machined components.
- Atleast 6-8 years of relevant experience
- The person must be computer literate.
- Have knowledge about various non destructive testing and weld tests
The key responsibilities will be as under;
- Ensure quality of product at all levels – Raw material, In process, Finished product
- Train and supervise the team of QC Engineers
- Ensure proper documentation of Internal Inspection Reports
- Visit, evaluate vendors, associates, sub contractors, suppliers on Quality capabilities.
- Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling and training.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of testing tools and infrastructure.
- The person shall report to the CEO
7) Maintenance Engineer –Mechanical - Hindupur Plant (AP)
Basic Requirements
- Must be a ITI/ Mechanical Engineer( Degree or Diploma)
- The person should have experience of maintaining machine shop with CNC and conventional machines
- Should have hands on experience in Mechanical maintenance, exposure to PLC programming, planning preventive maintenance etc
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- The person must be preferably conversant with Telgu Language
8) Maintenance Engineer –Electrical - Hindupur Plant (AP)
Basic Requirements
- Must be a ITI/ Electrical Engineer( Degree or Diploma)
- The person should have experience related to electrical aspects machine shop with CNC and conventional machines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- The person must be preferably conversant with Telgu Languagen>
